My interest in interior design started at a young age. As a kid, I looked at catalogs full of furniture and bedding and imagined a mansion of empty rooms to decorate however I pleased. As a teen, I decorated and rearranged my own bedroom over and over again as my style continued to evolve. My affinity for art and design stuck with me throughout high school, and in 2012 I graduated with an associate's degree in Interior Design from Metropolitan Community College of Omaha, NE.

Today, my personal style is very different from what 12-year-old Alicia admired in catalogs - but my design philosophy is still the same.

I believe a stunning space is created over time by investing in great new pieces, making existing things work, and adding personality with thrifted, vintage, or handmade finds.

I believe you can have the best of both worlds when it comes to your space – beauty AND practicality, luxury AND comfort, quality AND personality.

Perhaps most importantly, I believe that clients should be empowered to create their own spaces, because they are REAL people who need REAL design. That's why I'm here - to help you along your own unique design journey.
